Dr. Shahrzad Nooravi, Psy.D. is an organizational psychologist and executive coach. She specializes in helping leaders from all types of organizations create engaging, innovative, and productive workplace cultures through learning workshops, team facilitation, and group and individual coaching. She also teaches courses in managing change and emotional intelligence for SDSU Global Campus.
A certified coach at the PCC-level through the International Coach Federation, Shahrzad believes each person is whole and has the answers within her or himself to lead with wisdom, authenticity, mindfulness and courage. Shahrzad is currently working toward her Master Coach certification.
Shahrzad earned her Doctorate of Psychology in Organization Development from Alliant International University. She holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Journalism from California State University Northridge, as well as a Master’s Degree in Communication from Pepperdine University.
When she is not serving clients and teaching, Shahrzad volunteers for Just in Time, an organization that helps support, educate, and inspire youth as they transition out of foster care. She has been recognized for her community involvement and leadership research, with accolades including "Citizen of the Year," "Trailblazer of the Year," and a "A Voice to Listen To."
